What women want

womenMost women are accomplished multi-taskers, not necessarily something they seek to become, but rather essential to surviving in this busy world. Although running the household may be considered a shared responsibility, often they play a lead role. Within any given day, women are shopping for groceries, planning meals, packing school lunches, doing laundry, cleaning the house, carting the kids to various activities, and helping with homework. Very often they are doing all of this in addition to working full-time outside the home.

Recognizing the time contraints that women face in the run of a day, it is not surprising that taking a proactive approach to their own health by particpating in cancer prevention and screening activities often takes a back seat to more pressing responsibilities.
