Cancer Answers is a lecture series designed by Cancer Care Nova Scotia. It was first introduced in June 2006 to provide Nova Scotians with quality cancer information. Four lectures, each dedicated to a specific cancer-related topic, are held each year.
Cancer Answers lectures are held in the Royal Bank Lecture of the Halifax Infirmary, 1796 Summer St., Halifax. The lectures are also available through video conferencing in health districts across the province. Click here for upcoming sessions.
In addition, the lectures are video-taped and are available for viewing at provincial libraries across the province. They are also being aired at a later date on community cable stations.
The presentation slides from the various lectures are posted on this site. Please note, however, that these slides do not capture the complete information shared during the lecture, nor are they to be relied on as providing complete clinical information. Please contact your physician for such information.
