Support Groups in Your District:
Your Cancer Patient Navigator, Darolyn Walker, will be able to provide you with appropriate support groups that are specific to the challenges you are facing.

The Look Good Feel Better program is designed to support women challenged by the appearance related side-effects of their cancer treatment. Workshops are held monthly at Yarmouth Regional Hospital. For more information about this program, contact your cancer patient navigator.

Yarmouth Regional Hospital.

The unit offers chemotherapy, support and expertise and operates from Monday to Friday.

Palliative Care Programs in Your District:
The Palliative Care Programs within South West Health provide patients with interdisciplinary consultative services in the hospital and at home. They provide individual, follow up care by a Palliative Care physician, nurses, social workers and volunteers.
